  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3-4 medium sweet apples, peeled cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (to sprinkle over top)
  • ¼ cup apricot jelly
