Ingredients

  • 1. 5 cups of
  • 2. 3 eggs
  • 3. 1 can of crab meat
  • 6. 1/2 cup of sweet peas
  • 2-3 tbsp of milk and 2 tbsp water along with 1 tsp fish sauce and 1 tsp bot nem into the eggs and beat well to mix. Return the wok to medium heat and add some oil. Fry the egg until done like an omelet. Remove and set aside
