Ingredients

  • 40 cake balls
  • 1 c unsweetened cocoa powder 2 1/2 c all-purpose flour 2 c sugar 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 3 eggs 3/4 c vegetable oil 1 1/2 c water 1/2 greek yogurt 2 tsp vanilla extract Marshmallow Frosting 1 8oz package cream cheese (1/3 less fat works fine) 1/3 stick butter 1 10.5oz bag marshmallows 1 1/2 c powdered sugar Chocolate Coating 2 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/3 c vegetable oil Crushed graham crackers to roll in Instructions
  • 30-40 minutes. I checked on mine at the 35 minute mark and they were perfect. Insert a toothpick into the middle of the cake to test if it's done or not. If it comes out clean you're good to go.
  • 15 minutes. Then turn them out of the cake dishes and onto the cooling rack until they are cool enough to handle.
